Linden (Stage 1) Construction Update – September 2022
We now have the concrete slab floor levels completed up to Level 3.
All basement and lower ground floor levels have now been stripped of formwork. We now have multiple trades on site beginning their works such as electrical, mechanical, fire services, hydraulics and bricklayers. Not to mention the large contingency of concreters and form workers we already had on-site.
Most of the long lead-time materials have been procured, and we should expect the windows to be installed in the next few weeks. Precast panel walls and façade have progressively been installed over the past few months. We are progressing ahead of schedule.
